Q: Do your clothes run small or large?

A: Most styles run true to size—we note exceptions (e.g., “runs small, size up”) in product descriptions.

Q: How long does order processing take?

A: 1–2 business days from our San Diego facility (W3541 270th Ave, Maiden Rock, WI 54750, USA).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay—all transactions are secure.

3. Shipping & Tracking


Q: When do I get free shipping?

A: Free standard shipping on contiguous U.S. orders over $50. Alaska/Hawaii orders cost a $12.99 flat rate.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships—track via your account or the carrier’s website.
