By accessing or purchasing women’s apparel from Taylor Store (a Shopify retailer), you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts


  • You must be 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent) to place orders or create an account.
  • Provide accurate contact and shipping details (name, address, email: ckzturner.blair8euy@aol.com) and secure your login credentials.

2. Orders & Acceptance


  • Placing an order constitutes a binding offer. We reserve the right to reject orders (e.g., pricing errors, out-of-stock items) and will notify you promptly.
  • A shipping confirmation email is the only official confirmation of order acceptance; initial checkout receipts are just acknowledgments.

3. Pricing & Payment


  • All prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Accepted payment methods: Major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay—all processed securely via Shopify (we do not store full card details).

4. Products & Returns


  • We strive for accurate product descriptions; minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day window for eligible, unused items with tags).

5. Liability


  • Taylor Store is liable only for defective items covered under our return policy. We are not responsible for damages from misuse, improper care, or indirect losses.

6. Governing Law


  • These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through mediation in San Diego before legal action.
