Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your women’s apparel finds. Here are our simple return and exchange guidelines.

1. Eligibility


  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging (no stains, odors, or alterations).
  • Defective Items: Eligible for free return/exchange within 15 days (covers manufacturing flaws like faulty stitching or incorrect sizing).

2. How to Initiate


Email ckzturner.blair8euy@aol.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address:

3. Fees & Shipping


  • Non-defective Returns: You cover return shipping costs; a 5% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective Items: We provide a pre-paid shipping label—no cost to you.
  • Exchanges: Free shipping for replacement items once the returned product is inspected and approved.

4. Ineligible Items


No returns for final sale items, personalized pieces, swimwear, or lingerie (if hygiene seals are removed).
